The ABDF Transfer Pricing Laboratory is a course designed to enable students, through the analysis of practical cases of application of the arm's length principle, to understand the main variables and challenges to be considered in the analysis and implementation of transfer pricing studies, in accordance with Law 14.596/23.
The classes will be 100% online, conducted by professionals working in transfer pricing internationally, in order to share the experience gained in jurisdictions that already apply OECD guidelines.
Target audience:
Financial, accounting and tax professionals, such as accountants, auditors, tax consultants, financial managers and lawyers specialized in international taxation. It could also benefit people who work in multinational companies or who have involvement with transactions between related companies in different jurisdictions.
