Ruth Mason, Edwin S. Cohen Distinguished Professor of Law and Taxation, University of Virginia;
Professor Mason will give a basic introduction to the EU prohibition of state aid, and she will touch on a few more complex issues, including the recent cases involving transfer-pricing rulings for major multinationals.
