The panel will review current trends in transparency issues relating to international taxation in the U.S. and Europe, including reporting of cryptocurrencies; assessment of reporting on platforms and the gig economy; and potential updates to the Common Reporting Standard.
Topics will include:
Understand the scope and open issues regarding reporting of cryptocurrencies. Understand changes to reporting on the gig economy. Understand who is responsible for reporting and what is reported in the European Union under DAC 6 and other reporting regimes.
