About the seminar
This virtual seminar will be held next June 16th. This seminar will gather IFA-YIN speakers from Argentina, Brazil, Canada and India to discuss recent case law on hot topics of international taxation. Subjects to be covered are application of anti-abuse rules, income attribution rules and the most-favored nation principle in the context of a double tax treaty application. Representatives target to project the aftermath of those precedents beyond their jurisdictions and the impact on drafting double taxation treaties and the OECD commentaries on the model tax convention.
