The launch of the second edition of the IFA Mentoring Platform in Poland has been announced

The IFA Mentoring Platform is open to members of the Young IFA Network Poland (IFA YIN Poland) as well as non-YIN experts who:

• Have already begun their careers in taxation and possess several years of work experience;
• Are eager to actively pursue their professional goals by leveraging the knowledge and experience of esteemed tax law experts;
• Are ready to set and achieve both short- and long-term goals with the guidance of a mentor.

Mentees will have the opportunity to select the career development paths that interest them most and collaborate with mentors who are renowned specialists and authorities in their field.

In this second edition, approximately 20 Mentor-Mentee pairs will embark on a nearly year-long journey, starting in September. Participants will have the opportunity to tap into the extensive expertise of their mentors, who are committed to sharing their insights to help accelerate the professional growth of their mentees.
