Dr. David E. Spencer, attorney in New York, specializing in taxation and banking law. Author of one hundred and ten professional articles, published primarily in the Journal of International Taxation. David is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, and has a Masters of Law in Taxation from the New York University Law School Graduate Program in Taxation.
